Childbase Partnership Limited is offering an Early Years Apprentice position at Hertford Barns Day Nursery. The role involves a 37.5-hour week across 52 weeks, with shifts 07:30–18:30 Mon–Fri. Starting salary £8.00 per hour, rising after six months, with increases for over 21s after 12 months.

You will train towards Level 2 or Level 3 EY qualification, gain English/maths Functional Skills where needed, and obtain a Paediatric First Aid certificate. Right to work in UK and NI number are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in a collaborative childcare setting.
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality early years education.
• Willingness to observe, assess and record children's progress within EYFS framework.
