Job summary

Childbase Partnership is hiring an Early Years Apprentice at the Nursery on the Green Southall. This 37.5-hour-per-week role runs year-round with shifts Mon–Fri, 07:30–18:30. Start window: December 17 – January 21.

Salary starts at £8.00/hour, increasing after six months to £10.41/hour and then to £12.74/hour after 12 months if age 21+. The apprenticeship includes Level 3 EY Educator training and ongoing support from EduBase.

Qualifications

• Interest in caring for babies and under-fives.
• Willingness to learn planning and implementing activities linked to the early years curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care routines and learning activities.
• Support children’s progress through observation and documentation.
• Collaborate with trainers and nursery staff to deliver quality early years education.
