Job summary

Family Adventures Group is recruiting an Early Years Apprentice to join our nursery team in Bristol. This Level 2 apprenticeship works toward Level 3, providing hands-on learning with supervision from senior staff in a safe, nurturing environment for ages 0-5.

You will perform learning activities, support daily routines and contribute to child development while gaining a recognised qualification and practical experience.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with young children and families.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Willingness to undertake required pre-employment checks (including an enhanced DBS).

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing high-quality care, play and learning experiences that support children's development and wellbeing.
• Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
• Help prepare learning environments, resources and activities to support daily routines.
• Observe children and contribute to assessments and next steps under guidance from senior staff.
