Job summary

Super Starts Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to contribute to a positive, secure relationship with children and families. You will assist in daily care and development, and support the Nursery Room Leader to run the room and plan educational activities.

The role offers 15–18 months of training, with blended learning and DBS checks where required. You will gain a Level 3 diploma upon completion and become a valued part of our caring team.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of child protection procedures and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent references and a clear enhanced DBS.
• Passion for delivering high quality childcare and learning.
• Exceptional communication skills, energy and a positive 'hands on' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take on daily care and development of each child.
• Support and work closely with the Nursery Room Leader in daily running and activities.
• Plan and lead education and play activities to support learning journeys.
