Job summary

Kido Windsor is hiring an Early Years Apprentice. This full-time position involves a hands-on apprenticeship withsupported learning to gain a recognised early years qualification. You will work at Kido Windsor St Leonards Road, Windsor, and progress through Level 3 with potential Level 2 advancement.

The role requires a passion for early years, a willingness to learn, and the right to work in the UK. 40 hours per week with progression opportunities and salary progression as you advance.

Qualifications

• The Level 3 course takes approximately 2 years to complete, with advancement to Level 2 sign off when ready.
• The apprenticeship is work‑based with dedicated time for learning to gain the qualification.
• We are looking for an Early Years Apprentice for Kido Windsor St Leonards Road, Windsor SL4 3DX.
• You must have the right to work in the UK and UK residency for the past 3 years or more.
• Maths and English GCSE are desirable; if not, a Level 2 Maths and English Functional Skills test will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your apprenticeship journey with training and feedback.
• Create a warm, safe, engaging environment for children.
• Support children's learning through EYFS-aligned activities.
• Build relationships with children and communicate with parents.
• Help create stimulating learning environments and support children of all abilities.
