Job summary

Toad Hall Nursery invites applications for a Modern Apprenticeship in Early Years at our Crawley location. You will train alongside experienced childcare professionals while working towards a Level 3 qualification.

The role supports children with daily routines, care and wellbeing in a nurturing environment. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 20% allocated to off-the-job learning and study time.

Qualifications

• No prior childcare experience required
• Full training and support provided
• 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 20% off-the-job learning

Responsibilities

• Support children with daily routines, meals, playtime, naps and personal care
• Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures and health & safety guidance
• Show interest in child development and learning
