The program runs 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 20% dedicated to off-the-job learning. If you’re reliable and passionate about childcare, we’ll guide you every step of the way and help you grow within our nursery group.

Qualifications

• No previous childcare experience required.
• Willingness to train towards Level 3.
• Strong communication and caring nature.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and children's care.
• Support qualified staff in delivering engaging activities.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment.
