Job summary

Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to join our Worthing team. You will care for babies and children up to age 5, engaging them with interactive play, reading and activities to stimulate learning.

With support from your assessor, you will attend all required training and coursework to complete your formal qualification, reflecting on practice and using feedback to improve development and learning.

Qualifications

• Commitment to completing your apprenticeship.
• English qualification GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above or Functional Skills Level 2.
• Willingness to learn and work with children; previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5.
• Support learning through interactive play, reading and activities.
• Attend required training and coursework for qualification.
• Reflect on practice and use feedback to develop learning.
