Job summary

Storal Meir Park is seeking an Apprentice Early Years Educator to support safeguarding and inspire young learners on a 36-hour weekly schedule at our Meir Park setting in Stoke-on-Trent.

You will apply the Storal curriculum daily, seek learning opportunities in routines, and build strong bonds with children and families. The role supports career development in early years with extensive training and DBS processing provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or over with a love for children.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 2/E or Functional Skills Level 1+ requirement.
• Able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.

About the role:

As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn.

Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
• Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moment

Essentials

• Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning
• Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
• are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
• are patient and friendly
