We are currently working on an exciting, exclusive mandate for a long-standing property consultancy client seeking a new team member for their People and Development team.

This role reports to a departmental head and focuses on Early Talent, targeting candidates with 1–3 years of experience eager to build a career in early talent development.

The role involves coordinating and supporting the delivery of the firm’s talent recruitment and development programs, including graduate, apprentice, and internship pathways. It is ideal for someone with foundational HR or early careers experience looking to take on more responsibility in program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. This permanent position has arisen due to growth, with an immediate start available, and offers a salary band of £28,000–£35,000.
