We are currently working on an exciting, exclusive mandate for a long-standing property consultancy client who is seeking a new team member to join their People and Development team.
Reporting into a departmental head, this role focuses on Early Talent and is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of comparable experience, eager to build a career in early talent development.
The role involves coordinating and supporting the delivery of the firm’s talent recruitment & development programmes, including graduate, apprentice, and internship pathways. It is ideal for someone with foundational HR or early careers experience who wants to take on more responsibility in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. This permanent role has arisen due to growth, is immediately available, and offers a salary in the 28-35k range. The company values personal and career development and is willing to fund training and qualifications for the right candidate. We seek a warm, engaged, and reliable team player who communicates professionally at all levels and builds rapport easily.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a beautiful West End office. The firm has an established hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office), but flexibility is required as the candidate may need to be in the office more frequently for events or training days. The hybrid schedule may vary, so adaptability is essential. This role offers a great chance to join a reputable property firm known for staff retention.
