Job summary

Technical Placements Ltd is seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Driver to join a major manufacturing operation on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work in a three-person warehouse team, moving stock, preparing despatches and loading trailers with safety and accuracy.

Role includes day or night shifts with overtime opportunities and a strong emphasis on housekeeping and safety. Long-term stability is offered within an established manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Forklift/material-handling equipment experience is highly beneficial.
• Good teamwork, communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Move and locate finished products within the warehouse.
• Prepare products for despatch.
• Load and unload trailers safely and accurately.
• Operate material-handling equipment.
• Use warehouse IT systems to locate and manage stock.
• Carry out stock and quality checks.
• Monitor equipment and report defects.
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
• Work closely with production, logistics and maintenance teams.
