Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress for a 30-hour-per-week, 6am–12pm shift. You will welcome guests, set tables, and work with the kitchen to deliver a memorable Nobu breakfast experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service is preferred.
• Professional, organised and proactive approach required.
• Able to upsell and connect with guests warmly.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional breakfast experience through attentive and genuine service.
• Prepare and set tables with care, ensuring mise en place is ready before service.
• Communicate with kitchen to deliver seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised experiences.
• Handle feedback or complaints with confidence and discretion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Work 30 hours per week, 6am–12pm shifts; additional hours subject to availability.
