If you are an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) who enjoys working with children and young people with communication difficulties, hearing and visual impairments, cognition needs, behavioural needs, complex physical and medical needs, or sensory processing disorders, keep reading to find out how!

As an Early Careers Teacher (ECT), you will:

1. Motivate, engage, and inspire your students.
2. Facilitate a well-sequenced curriculum and child-centred learning.
3. Manage behaviour positively and in line with the school's ethos and procedures.
4. Ensure lessons are well sequenced and meet the needs of children.
5. Adhere to professional practice standards and legislation, including confidentiality, safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion policies.
