Are you an ECT secondary teacher who wants to network your skills in the local area of Preston, Leyland, Fylde Coast, and Lancaster?

At Hays, we have a variety of popular and well-respected schools seeking new and enthusiastic ECTs for full-time posts. We are looking for ECTs capable of teaching engaging and dynamic lessons across the curriculum in their specific subject. The role is to start in September 2025.

Your new role

As an ECT/NQT, you will work with several secondary schools across Preston, Fylde Coast, and surrounding areas. The positions may require previous relevant experience, following lesson plans, and delivering lessons. We offer day-to-day positions, short-term contracts, and long-term roles lasting more than a term, with potential for permanent employment.
