Early Careers Teacher

Position: Early Careers Teacher (ECT)
Location: Blackburn
Salary: £30,000 to £33,814
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025

About the Role

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to start your teaching career in a supportive and rewarding environment? Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic ECTs to work in primary, secondary and SEN schools across Kent.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS1, KS2, KS3, or KS4.
  • Work alongside experienced teachers and mentors to develop your skills.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support where needed.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to enhance educational outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
  • Strong classroom management skills and enthusiasm for teaching.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to education.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
