Job summary

The AA is seeking an enthusiastic individual for an entry-level HR-focused role. You will help shape talent and skills initiatives, partner with colleges and training providers, and support apprenticeship programmes across the business.

No prior HR experience required; learning and impact are valued. You’ll work across Early Careers and professional qualification processes, use data to inform decisions, and collaborate with teams to ensure a positive experience and outcomes for talent across the
