The AA in Basingstoke is recruiting for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Full time role in Group Talent & Learning. You will help shape future talent, support apprenticeship investment and develop Roadside entry programmes while collaborating across colleges and training providers.

We’re seeking someone curious, ambitious and driven, with strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills. Hybrid work with 3 office days per week.

Qualifications

• Potential and motivation valued over prior HR experience.
• Ability to build relationships, influence others and turn ideas into action.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work across a varied portfolio of talent and skills activity.
• Help bring Roadside entry talent programmes to life and partner with colleges.
