Job summary

The AA in London is recruiting for a graduate or early-career professional to join the Group Talent & Learning team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll help shape how the AA develops and invests in future talent through a variety of programmes.

You’ll build partnerships with colleges and training providers, support apprenticeship investment, and help improve Early Careers and professional qualification processes, turning ideas into action.

• Develop Roadside entry talent programmes and partner with colleges/trainers.
• Support priority skills initiatives across areas such as AI.
