Job summary

Forvis Mazars LLP in the UK is seeking an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Manager to lead attraction, engagement and employer brand strategy for graduate, apprenticeship and Future Talent programs. You will build diverse talent pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders, manage campaigns, events and budgets, and act as safeguarding officer for Early Careers.

This role shapes talent strategy across our 14 offices and supports long-term business needs through data-driven recruitment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Early Careers recruitment, talent attraction or recruitment marketing.
• Experience developing and delivering successful attraction strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead attraction activity across graduate, apprentice, intern and work experience hiring programmes.
• Develop targeted campaigns that enhance candidate engagement and conversion.
• Build strong relationships with schools, universities and external partners.
• Oversee recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media activity and events.
• Manage and evolve the Future Talent strategy to align with business needs and pipelines.
• Embed diversity, inclusion and safeguarding principles throughout the candidate journey.
• Use market insight and data to evaluate performance and drive improvement.
• Line manage junior team members and manage budgets and suppliers.
