Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Manager to lead attraction and employer branding for graduate, apprenticeship and Future Talent programmes in Birmingham. Qualifications

• Proven experience in Early Careers recruitment, talent attraction, employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Experience developing and delivering successful attraction strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of candidate behaviour, digital marketing and emerging recruitment technologies, including SEO and automation.
• Ability to use data to improve attraction outcomes and hiring performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing suppliers, budgets and multiple priorities.
• Previous people management or coaching experience.
• Collaborative, inclusive and commercially focused approach.
• Knowledge of diversity, social mobility and safeguarding in Early Careers recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead attraction activities across graduate, apprentice, intern and work experience programmes.
• Design targeted campaigns to boost candidate engagement and conversion.
• Build relationships with schools, universities and external partners.
• Oversee recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media and events.
• Steer the Future Talent strategy aligning with business needs and pipelines.
• Embed diversity, inclusion and social mobility throughout the candidate journey.
• Use market data to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Act as Safeguarding Officer for Early Careers programmes.
• Line manage and develop junior team members.
• Oversee budgets, suppliers and stakeholder reporting for ROI.
