Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a Programme Coordinator to join the Early Careers team. The role involves coordinating recruitment and programme delivery across graduates, apprentices and internships, and supporting events and onboarding across London and Cambridge.

You will work with the Early Careers team to deliver engaging candidate experiences, manage communications, and help shape PA Futures programmes while collaborating with the wider Talent and HR function.

Qualifications

• Interest in Early Careers, Talent or HR and willingness to develop your career in this area.
• Proactive, positive approach with the initiative to drive actions.
• Excellent organisation skills to manage multiple activities, deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Early Careers recruitment and programme activity across graduate, apprentice, intern and industrial placement populations.
• Support candidate pipeline management, including interview scheduling and communications.
• Coordinate assessment centres, careers fairs, insight events and university activity.
