Job summary

PA Consulting Group is seeking a proactive Programme Coordinator to support the Early Careers team. You will coordinate recruitment and programme activity across graduates, apprentices and interns, manage pipelines, interviews and communications, and help deliver PA Futures events in London and nationwide.

You will contribute to onboarding, lifecycle support, and coordinating learning sessions, with a focus on delivering an engaging candidate experience and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in Early Careers, Talent or HR; willingness to learn and develop.
• Proactive, positive approach with initiative and follow-through.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Early Careers recruitment and programme activity across graduate, apprentice, intern and industrial placement populations.
• Support candidate pipeline management, interview scheduling, communications and progress tracking.
• Coordinate assessment centres, careers fairs, university activity and participant engagement events.
