Job summary

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking an Early Careers Program Lead to own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume early-career programs across the US, Canada and Dublin.

This is a 6-month contract with potential to convert to full-time based on performance and budget. The role demands full-cycle recruitment for interns and graduates, university relations, diversity-focused hiring, data-driven insights, and close collaboration with TA leadership, Biz Ops and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• High-volume, full-cycle early-career recruitment experience.
• Experience managing university recruiting or junior talent programs.
• Ability to develop and execute Diversity & Inclusion recruiting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment execution for early-career programs from sourcing to onboarding.
• Define and execute tailored recruitment strategies across regions.
• Build annual recruitment and branding calendars with program leadership.
• Develop scalable sourcing to attract diverse, high-caliber university candidates.
• Champion equity, inclusion, and a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Utilize ATS data and dashboards to report to program leadership.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the programs on campus and online.
• Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder updates with hiring leaders.
