Early Careers Adviser - Recruitment Specialist (FTC)
Our Talent and Development team are looking for an Early Careers Advisor - Recruitment Specialist to develop and deliver key aspects of our Early Careers attraction, selection, recruitment, and onboarding journey, as well as overseeing elements of the development programmes to provide a first-class experience for trainees and apprentices.
To succeed, you should be highly motivated with a proven track record in end-to-end Early Careers recruitment, experience in graduate recruitment, or Talent Acquisition, and a strong understanding of the early careers landscape. Extensive experience managing high-volume assessment centres, influencing stakeholders, and excellent communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable with supplier engagement, managing deadlines, and working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel nationally, including to our head office in Leatherhead, is required.
