Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) for secondary teaching opportunities across Staffordshire. You will gain valuable classroom experience, work flexibly, and begin your teaching career with supportive schools.

As an ECT, you will deliver engaging lessons, manage classrooms, and adapt to different subject areas. Strong communication, organisation, and a reliable approach are essential, with DBS Update Service and UK work rights preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS is required.
• Experience working with children or young people through placements.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you will need:

• A confident, professional, and reliable approach
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
