Qualifications

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality education.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one.
• Can provide two professional references covering teacher training placements and/or recent employment.

We have exciting opportunities for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and recently qualified teachers to join a range of welcoming mainstream primary schools across Tamworth, Staffordshire.These roles are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your availability.

We also offer long-term placements, including full academic year roles and fixed-term contracts, with many schools providing high-quality induction programmes, named mentors, and protected PPA time to support your professional development.

As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils can thrive. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2)depending on your experience and preferences. You will plan and deliver lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum, assess pupil progress, and work collaboratively with school staff to support excellent educational outcomes.
