Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to support a variety of schools across the region. We welcome full-time, part-time and supply teachers who are ready to teach across all year groups and subjects.

The role offers opportunities for permanent placements through temp-to-perm consideration if a school believes you fit well and you wish to pursue this path. We provide valuable classroom experience, support to build confidence, and a pathway to craft your teaching

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or teaching qualification.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Permanent positions can be offered through Vision for Education on a temp-to-perm basis if the school feel you are the right fit, and this is something you wish to pursue yourself. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS
• A relevant degree or teaching qualification
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• The flexibility and enthusiasm to work across different school setting
