Vision for Education is recruiting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to work in secondary schools across Stoke-on-Trent. This flexible teaching role lets you gain valuable classroom experience, choose your days, and secure both long-term and permanent opportunities.

As an ECT in a variety of schools, you will deliver engaging lessons, manage behaviour, and support students' progress. Vision for Education provides weekly PAYE pay, dedicated consultant support, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• QTS or pending QTS required.
• Experience working with children or young people through placements or previous roles.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional and approachable.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
