Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: Grimsby
Salary: £120 - £130 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day/Long Term, Full-time/Part-time

Early Career Teacher (ECT) Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and evaluate teaching and learning activities
• Adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of students
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff
• Participate in school life, including meetings, training and extra-curricular activities
• Manage behaviour effectively, encouraging respect and responsibility

ECT Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Newly Qualified or Early Career Teachers are required to apply
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Knowledge of current educational practices and safeguarding protocols
• A genuine passion for education and helping pupils reach their full potential
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
