Are you a confident and passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT), looking for full-time work? If so, we want to hear from you today!

Teach Plus are currently working with a three-form entry ‘GOOD' primary school located in Edgware.

The primary school helps pupils pursue subjects they love and gives them the experiences of using discretionary effort to succeed.

They are looking for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join the team and take on full classroom responsibilities.

As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) you will be required to:

• Use a range of different teaching strategies and resources to support pupils' learning and development, including learning through play, phonics, and early numeracy skills.
• Assess pupil progress and provide targeted support and intervention where necessary to ensure all pupils are developing.
• Use your Early Career Teacher time out of class to prepare, plan and assess student work as well as being involved in the wider school community.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in the school.
• Provide a calm, constructive working environment to enable the pupils to carry out the planned work.

The ideal candidate for the Early Career Teacher (ECT) role will have:

• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to commit until the end of the academic year.
• UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.
