Are you an enthusiastic and passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a rewarding opportunity to start your teaching career this September? Teach Plus is working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Redbridge dedicated to providing high-quality education in a nurturing environment. The school seeks a dynamic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join from September, helping to lay the foundation for young learners' academic and social development.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
2. Support the academic, social, and emotional development of young children.
3. Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
4. Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
5. Foster strong relationships with parents and carers to support children's progress.
6. Assess and monitor children's development and report on their progress.

Candidate Requirements:

1. A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the importance of early years education.
2. Experience through placements or teaching in Early Years settings.
3. A passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
4. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
5. UK recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS.
6. An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service.
7. The right to work in the UK.
