TXM Recruit is seeking a Graduate Continuous Improvement Specialist for an established engineering and manufacturing business in the UK. You will help deliver measurable process improvements across Operations and Supply Chain by turning data into practical solutions.

Qualificações

• Recent graduate with curiosity and analytical mindset.
• Degree in Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing or related field.
• Willingness to learn and apply Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen concepts.
• Strong Excel/Power BI and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean and validate data from diverse sources.
• Support continuous improvement projects across Operations and Supply Chain.
• Map processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Analyze operational data to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assess potential projects by benefits, costs and impact.
• Support workshops using Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen.
• Develop and test improved processes and tools with teams.
• Document changes and produce practical work instructions.
• Track project results and report on impact.
