About the Role

As a Health Advisor with Bupa Clinics, you’ll utilize your training and education to support our customers by providing health education. Your primary focus will be on our customers, dedicating most of your time to them and applying your expertise.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the service delivery of Health Assessments to customers.
• Maintain accurate client records and participate in the end-to-end process.
• Promote and encourage a healthier lifestyle in line with Bupa’s current clinical policies.
• Conduct clinical testing such as body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, gas analysis, blood tests for diabetes markers, blood pressure measurement, cholesterol profiling, anemia markers, electrocardiograms, audiometry, and functional movement screening.
• Create individual lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing techniques to promote behavior change.
• Follow-up with post-assessment calls to support positive changes and action plans.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Experience in measurement or assessment within a health, fitness, or medical environment is desirable.
• Accuracy in recording information and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Ability to build rapport and tailor approaches to individual customers.
• Empathy and motivation skills to encourage positive health changes.
