Windsor Forest Colleges Group - EHCP Coordinator

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator within our Foundation department to join our Slough and Langley College teams on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

The EHCP Coordinator will report to the Head of Foundation, supporting outstanding educational leadership. The role involves managing the EHCP process, including initial assessments, provision mapping, annual reviews, and liaising with professionals, parents, and young people. The successful candidate will oversee provision for students with EHCPs across BCA, Slough, and Langley Colleges, requiring experience in managing EHCP processes and in-depth knowledge of the SEND code of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the EHCP process to ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
  • Coordinate assessments, reviews, and provision mapping.
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the College in providing outstanding SEN support.
