About the role
We are looking for an experienced Workday developed to join the Crick and perform technical development, health and integration for our Workday platform, ensuring ongoing sustained value and ROI. You will be responsible for creating and demonstrating robust practices such as coding standards, testing and QA.
You will be working with various members of the IT team, such as senior developers and managers to support the creation, configuration and optimisation of Workday modules, as well as developing and following strong development practices such as coding and testing standards, processes and documentation.
Collaboration is key at the Crick and withing this role you will be working closely with the People and Finance teams and many other teams across the institute.
If you have strong Workday expertise and knowledge, including process flows, condition rules and are experienced in delivering innovative solutions, such as using AI, this may be a great opportunity for you to join the Crick as a Workday Developer.
You will play a key role within the IT operations team and will be joining a team of enterprise systems colleagues working across functions to manage and enhance how Workday supports organisational processes and customer experience for colleagues.
