About the role

We seek an experienced Workday developer to perform technical development, health, and integration for our Workday platform, ensuring ongoing value and ROI. Responsibilities include creating robust coding, testing, and QA practices, supporting configuration of Workday modules, and collaborating with IT and business teams.

Key collaborations include working with the People and Finance teams and supporting enterprise-wide processes and customer experience enhancements.

If you possess strong Workday expertise, including process flows, condition rules, and innovative solutions like AI, this is a great opportunity to join the Crick as a Workday Developer.

What you will be doing
  • Delivering agile sprints in Workday aligned with business objectives.
  • Configuring and optimizing Workday modules, supporting design and development.
  • Managing risks and ensuring mitigation strategies.
  • Designing and maintaining integrations (APIs, EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio).
  • Supporting system health, security, and compliance monitoring.
  • Resolving BAU technical issues promptly.
About you

You will bring:

  • Hands-on experience in Workday development and configuration in at least one module.
  • Experience developing AI and automation solutions.
  • Understanding of HR and Finance business processes and Workday process flows.
  • Experience with system integrations, data uploads, and validation.
  • Knowledge of Workday Security Model, including domain management and roles.
  • (Desirable) experience with calculated fields, reports, and dashboards.
