About The Role

Position: Customer Service Advisor at 4Com

You will provide telephone support to our customers to maintain their systems, support the technical teams as needed, and resolve 1st line faults professionally and promptly, ensuring high customer service standards.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line technical support via telephone to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Obtain referrals from satisfied customers for the upgrades team
  • Report third-party faults and escalate as needed
  • Support the technical team in various areas
  • Perform administrative duties such as call logging, database management, etc.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Experience in an inbound call centre or customer-facing role
  • Exposure to telecoms/IT preferred but not essential
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
