Position Overview: As a Field Engineer in our Oil and Gas division, you will respond to customer repair and service requests. Your responsibilities include diagnosing issues, providing detailed reports to customers and Finning, and creating quotes efficiently.

Location: This field role is based from home and reports to the Aberdeen depot.

Job Responsibilities:

• Estimate arrival times based on job instructions and customer details.
• Register and confirm your arrival on customer sites, adhering to site procedures.
• Diagnose equipment problems using specialized tools and communicate findings to customers and Finning.
• Identify needed parts, requisition them, and coordinate delivery and service scheduling.
• Perform repair and maintenance work to the required standards.
