Please note that this is a full-time, office-based role.

Salary: £40k-£45k DOE.

We’re looking for a strong digital marketing all-rounder to join our fast-moving team based in Colchester, Essex. We’ve been leading the way in our highly competitive industry for 20 years and are looking for the right individual to join the business and help us continue to do so.

About the role

As Digital Marketing Manager, duties will include...

• Taking a hands-on approach to a number of digital marketing avenues, including SEO and paid, and identifying opportunities for relevant growth
• Working with stakeholders across the business to create opportunities for meaningful growth and development
• Management of customer-facing communications, including overseeing site content, email templates and PDFs
• Monitoring performance of campaigns across paid and organic
• Keeping up-to-date with GDPR-related best practices
• Reporting to the Managing Director and other stakeholders on performance across various KPIs

About you

The ideal candidate will have...

• A strong background in digital marketing, with proven results; B2B marketing is preferable but not essential
• The ability to prioritise projects and tasks
• Strong strategic / planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal social skills
• An ability to prioritise workload and delegate tasks where required
