Position: Operations Coordinator (3-month Contract)
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background for the role.
- Proven experience in providing administrative support and maintaining office systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, organize time efficiently, and be proactive.
- Desirable: SAP skills.
- Experience working in a large international organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support operational project planning and governance.
- Serve as the point of contact for global functions and project managers regarding project requests in the ECR, handling queries effectively.
- Manage the annual Statement of Requirements (SoRs), including tracking, registration, and reporting of progress. Follow up on outstanding start/end dates and WBS codes. Cascade final projects for review and approval. Handle new SoRs throughout the year.
- Produce accurate monthly performance dashboards with comprehensive narratives.
- Manage DORECO Document Management, including creating and maintaining project folders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the team's annual AIMP Review.
- Conduct weekly reviews of the GPC Schedule versus received SoRs, reporting deviations and changes.
- Organize and facilitate quarterly project workshops to promote continuous improvement and standardization.
- Manage project invites into the region, including certification and competency reviews.
- Register and review SOMS as needed.
- Update the Project Safety Pack for onboarding purposes within the region.
