Overview:
We are working with a respected and long-established law firm based in the North Manchester area that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience.

The Role:

• You’ll handle a range of commercial property matters with support and supervision from senior colleagues where needed. Typical work includes:
• Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
• Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Property development and site acquisitions
• Lease renewals, licences, and surrenders
• Property finance and refinancing matters
• Supporting corporate transactions involving property elements
• You’ll be encouraged to build long-term client relationships and contribute to the department’s continued success.

About You:

• At least 2 years’ PQE with solid experience in commercial property
• Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Good technical knowledge across key areas of commercial real estate
• Approachable, client-focused, and commercially minded
• Strong communication and organisational skills
