Our client, a leading player in the Tech sector for the UK, is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing.

Your primary purpose is to develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies focused on increasing client acquisition, expanding the client base, and contributing to revenue, EBITDA, and market share performance. You will lead a dynamic marketing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and utilize external networks to gather insights and drive data-driven campaigns across various channels, increasing demand and demonstrating ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy
- Lead the development and implementation of cross-functional growth marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue, collaborating with executive and senior leaders to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
- Oversee the creation of performance marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts, utilizing ABM, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content, and social media marketing.
- Develop a brand strategy to position the business uniquely within the sector, overseeing the creation of a creative strategy that supports brand integrity across channels.
- Achieve incremental improvements in brand preference and salience.
- Enhance collaboration between marketing and other business units; strategize with operational leadership to improve alignment across teams, regions, and functions.
Go To Market (GTM) Strategy
- Analyze market research and external networks to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure market fit and client-centric products.
- Lead the creation of the GTM strategy in partnership with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Manage product positioning, launch strategies, and market entry plans with product, sales, and commercial teams.
- Define and oversee the product lifecycle marketing roadmap.
Marketing Performance Impact
- Establish marketing data analytics and performance metrics to inform decision-making, optimize multi-channel performance, and report results.
- Implement A/B testing and incremental testing to optimize new channels and grow existing ones.
- Communicate marketing activities, insights, and successes across the organization.
- Manage resource planning and reporting.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a small team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Promote client-centric thinking within marketing and across the wider business.
- Support team development through regular 1:1s, reviews, and training initiatives.
The ideal candidate
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
- Extensive marketing experience within the technology sector, with a proven record of successful demand generation campaigns.
- Leadership and people management skills in marketing roles.
- Successful history of developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
