Our Client

Our client, a HVAC Specialist based in the North West, has been in operation since 1991. They provide full turnkey HVAC solutions to blue-chip companies within the UK and overseas.

HVAC Engineer Role

The HVAC Engineer will be required to attend high-end sites such as factories, offices, public infrastructure, and supermarkets. Responsibilities include providing planned maintenance, reactive servicing, and attending breakdowns on various HVAC systems, including commercial boilers.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Gas Tickets (ACS)
• Experience working on AHUs, fan coil units, and air conditioning systems
• Uk Driving License
• F-Gas certification (desirable)

Position Overview

The HVAC Engineer will service, repair, and maintain commercial-sized boilers and HVAC systems across the Yorkshire region.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: £40,000-£43,000 DOE
• 40-hour week with 30 mins unpaid lunch
• Travel pay after 15 minutes away
• Call-out rota (weekends only): £50 per day standby
• Company van with personal use
• Overtime at 1.5x and 2x rates
• 21 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown and bank holidays
