• Diagnosing and fixing issues across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple FM sites.

Mobile Electrical Service & Maintenance / HVAC Engineer

Location: Covering Manchester, Stockport, Oldham, and Crewe.
Salary: Up to £37,570.35 per year (depending on experience)
Extras: £290 weekly standby allowance (when on-call), plus overtime rates

What you’ll be doing

Diagnosing and fixing issues across electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems

*

Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple FM sites

*

Working closely with customers and stakeholders to get the job done right – and on time

*

Keeping paperwork up to date and meeting compliance standards

*

Acting as a safety-first role model for the team

*

Reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager

What we’re looking for

*

18th Edition Electrical certification

*

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in HVAC, Electrical Engineering or similar

*

F-Gas / City & Guilds 2079 in Air Con & Refrigeration

*

IOSH-qualified

*

IPAF & MEWP training ideal (or happy to train)

*

2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection (or willing to undertake training)

*

Comfortable working at heights and across multiple sites

*

Solid problem-solving skills and strong customer communication

*

Full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)

*

Computer literacy a bonus
