Race Operations Technician - F1

F1 is seeking a Race Operations Technician to perform operations and logistics tasks that drive efficiency, innovation, and performance.

As a frontline member of our operations and logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of F1's trackside infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day operations and logistics tasks as required
• Assist in problem-solving issues and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement
• Develop technical knowledge and skills under the guidance of senior/lead technicians to enhance operations
• Operate plant and machinery confidently and competently
• Load, unload, and secure freight equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain H&S standards and regulatory compliance across all operations
• Perform specialised tasks and undergo training relevant to operational requirements
