Mirion Technologies (IST) design and manufacture a range of CCTV and imaging systems for the inspection, surveillance, and monitoring of numerous applications within industries such as Nuclear (power plants, reprocessing and decommissioning), Cement, Pulp and Paper, Power Generation (gas, coal and oil), Steel, Glass, Petrochemical and Waste Incineration.
The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced engineer to join our Projects & Design team to provide electro-mechanical design and development from concept through to production. You will be creating electronic design solutions from scratch and incorporating off the shelf products where applicable for cameras and imaging systems used within hazardous environments such as nuclear and high temperature industrial applications.
This role requires a professional with extensive experience in Electronics engineering, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions, managing complex projects, and driving continuous improvement in engineering processes.
This is a full time position based in Farnborough and belongs to the Technologies Group (EMEA/APAC) reporting to the Projects & Design Manager.
