London – Senior Electronics Engineer – 50-60k (+ bonus)

This is a great opportunity to join like-minded enthusiasts within Electronics and Hardware engineering and get involved with cutting-edge technologies within the controls and entertainment space. They are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer with experience designing circuits for FPGAs and building circuits with high-speed Serdes links like PCIe and other digital links. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy designing as a hobby and have a passion for their field.

Main Duties:

1. Design electronics from concept to schematic design, PCB layout, and manufacturing.
2. Design schematics using multi-hundred pin BGA devices, associated power rails, with high-speed considerations.
3. Design circuits utilizing FPGAs and build circuits with high-speed Serdes links like PCIe.
4. Carry out EMC testing.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, debugging, and investigating issues reported from manufacturing or technical support.

Skills Needed:

• Strong experience in Electronics Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in schematic design and PCB layout, ideally with BGA devices or similar complexity.
• Experience designing circuits for processors or FPGAs.
