Events Operations Supervisor, Leatherhead

The Role

As the Events Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for running seamless events, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.

Shift Pattern

• 40-hour week, with flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7.
• Typical hours may be 07:00-16:00 or 12:00-22:00, with availability for later events as required.

• Great attention to detail, efficiency, responsibility, focused on guest satisfaction and staff well-being.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience.
• Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role.
