About theRole:

As Regional Manager, you will play a central role in theoperational and strategic leadership of your team. Your technicalknowledge, combined with strong leadership and commercial acumen, willbe critical in ensuring continued excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support anddevelop a high-performing regional team of building surveyors andtechnical staff
• Manage regional performance, workflow, andproject delivery, reporting to senior leadership
• Take thelead on complex or high-value projects, ensuring compliance withregulations and internal standards
• Work closely with HR onrecruitment, appraisals, and people management
• Deliver experttechnical input as a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
• Support business growth through client development,marketing, and strategic initiatives
